From his humble beginnings in Bessemer, Alabama came Chester's relocation to attend college in California and later to achieve a career in the Beverage Alcohol Industry, which was then considered an impossible dream. His firm belief in hard work, perseverance, and ingenuity propelled him to take the least and boost those skills and dreams to accomplish well beyond his circumstance. He briefly attended Miles College in Fairfield, Alabama, studied a year at Loyola University in Rome, Italy and subsequently graduated from Santa Clara University with his BS Degree in Business and History. From there he earned his Master’s Degree in Business from University of Phoenix, while working full time at Seagram Chateau & Estates Wine Company.

With over 35 years of experience in Human Resources and Real Estate in Northern California, Chester brings the wisdom and understanding required to place the ideal prospect (s) into your wine company. His many years of recruiting the most capable manpower - and working directly with corporate leaders - gives Chester has clear advantage of experience and understanding when it comes to the needs and requirements of your business.  Chester founded the executive search firm for the wine industry Human Resource Business Partners fifteen years ago and serves as the company's CEO/President.
